About the role.
Every month, something happens on the block because you made the logistics invisible. You'll own the calendar of gatherings end to end: food, supplies, spaces, permits, transportation, and the fifty small things nobody notices when they go right.
What you'll do
- Produce two to four gatherings a month, from block cookouts to the annual summit
- Manage vendors, food, supplies, and venue logistics
- Coordinate member volunteers on event day
- Track budgets and keep events affordable and abundant
What you bring
- Event production or hospitality experience at any scale
- Calm under pressure and great with a checklist
- A talent for stretching a budget without anyone feeling it
